Our property sleeps up to 18 people, 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, Friday - Friday weekly rental during prime season(July & August), 3 night minimum during offseason, in-ground heated pool, close to beach (1/2 mile/6 min walk), beach equipment provided (6 beach chairs, toys, pull cart, umbrella, etc.), 12 beach badges, outdoor shower, 2 living room areas, dining room, linens & bath towels provided, 1 grill, 2nd refrigerator/freezer in garage, fully stocked gourmet kitchen w/ double oven & much more! Inquire with any questions. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

This house is great in Brigantine, NJ. The host, Breanna is fantastic! This house is fully and well stocked with everything that you need for every age group. It is equipped with all the baby and toddler necessities such as bassinets, high chair, booster seats and bunk beds for toddlers and teens. The house have 2 laundry rooms and a nice pool. We were close to Wawa and other restaurants and shops.

Property is well kept and maintained also well stocked with any utensil you may need to cook with. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories so there is no need to bring anything with you.

Great spot

We rented this property to have a large space that could accommodate our entire family, was close to the beach, and had a pool. This is a three story home with all bedrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. In terms of equipment and fixtures, this was obviously an older home but it has been maintained pretty well. The pool was awesome and made for very convenient entertainment for our kids. There were ample spots to eat and lounge for our group of 16. The nearby beach was great and had lifeguards (not the case where I come from). We prepared most of our meals in the home and the kitchen worked well for that. The host was a great communicator and everything is very well documented in the lease agreement. We would definitely consider returning to this property in the future.

We had such a great stay at this house! It was super spacious, with tons of bedrooms & bathrooms—perfect for our group. Everything was really clean, which made it feel cozy and comfortable right away. And the pool was a total bonus! We spent a lot of time out there just relaxing. Overall, an awesome spot if you're looking for a place to stay and just kick back and relax.

Amazing for an AC and golf trip

Breana is awesome! Super accommodating and very responsive.The property is very spacious with enough beds for each of our guests 18 people! The house was very clean. A lot of street parking. The pool was also a great addition. 10-15 minute drive to/from AC. Not to mention, a quick walk to the beach. Great golf courses in the surrounding areas as well. No more than a 25-30 minute drive.Very safe location as well. Cannot recommend this property more!

The property was just as advertised. Spacious and well equipped with anything needed for your stay. There was a need to contact the property manager(minor check in issue) and was easily accessible and was quick with response and fix.

Weekend trip

This was a great trip and a great house! The beds were nice and our group of 18 was very comfortable. We loved the location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and right next to the farmers market. We were sad the pool wasn’t available but the owner was very great about letting us know in advance and offered a refund for the value of the pool. Would definitely come back in the future!

Great location and house for a larger group

Stayed here as a work retreat for the weekend. Great location on Brigantine and one of the most well equipped homes I've stayed in. We had some issues with the pool not being ready but Breanna was very communicative and made attempts to rectify the situation.

Great for a family vacation

Prpperty was exactly as advertised. IT was perfect for our family. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor which ensures quite when the kids are up and playing downstairs. It's a nice quite neighborhood a short drive from whatever you might need. Beach is close and you can either walk or drive. There is plenty of street parking. We had a great time and the owner was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend it.

The Perfect Family Vacation

We cannot express how much we all enjoyed our stay. Brianna's house held all 18 of us perfectly. Even with the 18 people, we had plenty of room. Having two living rooms was such a plus and the walk to the beach gave us our morning exercise (not even 10 minutes lol). The place was clean and had everything you could think of, from highchairs to beach chairs to cribs. The pool was great for all the grandkids and helped keep them busy a good amount of the time. The vacation was perfect. Thank you again and looking forward to our stay next year.

Father Passing and Remembering Him

We (the family) were on a mission to celebrate my/our father's life; born and raised on the beaches of Margate NJ, and Brigantine...so many changes to the scenery but all positive...beautiful house and all the businesses were accommodating...very relaxing for all...thank you so much! And the Farmer's Market was AMAZING...KUDOs!!!! We will be back!

Family get-a-way

Pictures don’t do the place justice. Beautiful inside and out. Every amenity you could ask for. We were 19 adults and children and never felt crowded. Separate spaces for children and adults to hang out, bonus. Worth every penny.

Large family gathering of 4 generations to celebrate our sons wedding. Breana was so accommodating in providing early access to the property. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy this special weekend. Well stocked and labeled kitchen. This house was perfect for our family.

Great for large group

My friends and I had a golf trip and played the Brigantine Golf Links which was conveniently located less than a mile from the property. We had a large group, and the layout of the house was great for being able to have everyone hanging out together on the first floor, cooking, eating, watching playoff baseball games. I also liked the layout of the second and third floors and how there was enough room for everyone to comfortably sleep and shower. The pool was not in condition for swimming, but that's OK because although we had some warm weather, it was not overall swimming weather. The owner/property manager did a great job of communicating and even allowed us to check in early which was great because our golf games were over by 1 and we didn't have to find a place to kill time spending extra money. The house was very clean and orderly upon arrival, and they left notes for what was expected upon coming/going. I would recommend this house for large gatherings of friends and family.

Amazing House and Host

My family and I had a amazing time during our stay over Labor Day Weekend. Breana is an amazing host and responds immediately to any questions that arose. We grilled all weekend, enjoyed the pool and also had a beach day which is about 10-15 mins away. We chose to drive to the beach instead of walking and it was so easy to find parking. The house has everything you need and 7 bedrooms which all are spacious. Highly recommend for large family gatherings :)

Spacious house

We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool was great to have and the nearby school playground was an unexpected bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the garage had plenty of beach chairs and toys. We do have some suggestions. Some of the chairs on the back patio need to be repaired or replaced. The two bedrooms on the third floor to the left of the stairs need window coverings that would keep out the sun in the early morning. Overall, our family of 19 (from 21 months to 71 years) had a great time.
