Relax at our classic beach bungalow. Enjoy the bay breezes and views of the intercoastal from the front porch while relaxing with friends or family. This home features a large family room stocked with games and 65" Smart TV, High-Speed internet and a workspace in the spacious sitting room. Recently added voice controlled smart AC units throughout the home. Enjoy playing some shore classics on the record player/Bluetooth stereo while preparing a wonderful meal for your friends and family. Sleeps 7 Comfortably. Home is also equipped with a pack and play if you're traveling with a little one. All of Ventnor's most popular shopping and eating destinations are a 5 minute walk. The beach and boardwalk are a 5 minute bike ride.

Rare off-street parking for 2 cars or 1 large SUV. Washer & Dryer on site.
-4 Beach Chairs/ 3 umbrellas on premise
-6 beach tags good for Ventnor or Margate Beaches
- Linens and Towels included

UPDATE:
-Dining room table has seating for 6 (Chairs were not delivered in time for photos) Additional folding chairs located on premise.
-BBQ Grill has been added to home since photos were taken
-Smart Voice controlled AC units added since photos were taken.
-We have one security Camera at the entrance to our home. It is motion activated and only records video not audio when entering or leaving the property.

We could not stay in this home due to unclean conditions, no secure locking door between us and other renters we had no idea would be there. The home had no light bulbs, cracked duct taped cook top,rusted unattached dishwasher, bags of trash left behind, broken mold covered outdoor grills,firepit, umbrella etc. No bed toppers, stained seats on furniture no one would sit on and the list goes on. VRBO and home owner refused refund.

Family Vacation

Our family wanted somewhere new to stay.. This home was close to Atlantic City but far enough away to be able to relax. They had provided everything from shampoo to garbage bags. It is so nice to travel and not have to worry about any of the small things. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and two teenagers and two dogs. Brandon was very easy to communicate with. We would stay again and recommend this home to our friends. Thanks for a great vacation!

Efficiency at it's best

This was my first Vrbo experience. My daughter and I wanted to get away and recharge before the beginning of school, soccer, dance started coupled with my busy schedule as the top agent for the real estate team I represent in upstate NY. The property was more than we needed but gave us the option to spread out and relax. Renting the house saved us money on meals as we cooked in for all meals but 2 during a 3 night 4 day stay. The house was exactly what was advertised. We were also happy to experience the 5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk was correct. It's almost liek the owners walked it themselves. The owner was more than forthcoming with information on the area and the house, coupled with reimbursement for a propane tank on the grill that needed replacement. As soon as I messaged the cost, he had it reimbursed to my CC. The neighborhood was quiet, filled with year round residents who were more than happy to provide their favorite spots. Grocery store was 5 minute drive from the house and Atlantic City was only 10 minutes away. Ocean City Boardwalk, recommended for families, was 15 minutes away. It was wonderful to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and the schedule but what made it even better was the house we rented. We didn't need to worry about ANYTHING and were sad to see our trip and our time at the house come to an end. We will definitely be looking to rent out other properties from this owner in the future.

Great Beach Property & Family Friendly

This place was amazing. The location was perfect! Quiet street. Near the water. Gorgeous views! The home had everything you could think of. Beach chairs, pet food, baby items, coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Getaway

I rented this for a week off season before my company brought us back into the office, it was the perfect getaway. Right across the street from the canal and about a half mile from the ocean, you couldn't pick a better spot. Hoping to get another chance next year to come back and stay for another week!

Home away from Home

My family of 4, 21 your old twins and husband stayed here for 5 days. We used to own a property a block away for 50 years and unfortunately had to sell a few years ago, so we miss this area and neighbors! We had a delightful stay at Brandon’s house! He is quick to respond to any questions we had. Besides having a few outlets that weren’t working, but we had the use of extension cords, all was perfect! We would definitely rent here again!! Wonderful "home"

We had an awesome time at this "home". It had all the comforts of home and lots of unexpected extras. Beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. We loved having the beach tags, chairs and unbrellas for the beach. Very quick and responsive owner. Fell in love with Ventnor. We will return.
