My only complaints would be that the bed was very squeaky and would make a lot of noise with any movement, and one of the pillow cases were dirty. "Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Unbelievable stay! Family of 5 with 2 teenagers and a grandma! We had 3 bedrooms 1.5 bath and a washing machine. Location was awesome! Walkable restaurants and grocery store! Rooftop pool was great at the end of the day! Breakfast outside in the morning included. Staff was so friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend this hotel enough! We will be back!!"

"First let me tell you the staff there was phenomenal, hands down fantastic. The view was amazing, the air in the rooms was cool and always on. Lovely place. Now - All that said I want you to read some realities here. It's a beach house, not a boutique hotel. They have a cute little restaurant but its operating hours are 9am (for food) to 6pm. There's no vending machine so you need to either door dash supplies or pick them up (water, snacks, etc) There are beach amenities but no "hotel" style...

"The property itself is fine, but I personally don’t feel it’s worth the nightly rate being charged. During my stay, the toilet flooded twice in my room. The shower had very low water pressure, and because it wasn’t sealed properly, water leaked onto both the bathroom and bedroom floors after every shower. The rooms were also much smaller than I expected. On the positive side, the outdoor tub was a nice feature, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job...
