We read a lot of mixed reviews and were considering other hotels, but this ended up being one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Everything was amazing, especially the pools. They were the perfect temperature, never felt overly crowded even during Christmas week, and the two hot tubs were such a nice touch and felt private.
