"Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! "

"The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

"I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. "This hotel is an amazing little gem in the heart of Condado. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had excellent air conditioning. There are coffee shops and restaurants close by. "

"This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to tons of restaurants, cafes, and stores. The outdoor tub/shower was a big highlight. Overall, we loved NOA and we're looking forward to trying out some of the other DW apartments in Puerto Rico!"

"Very nice for an overnight stay. Wouldn’t want to stay for a week or longer. Cold cans of pop and water in the fridge were an excellent touch. Need to get more toilet paper in bathroom only had half a roll. Would have liked to see a vending machine or another option for late night snack unless I missed it. Didn’t arrive until 1:30am so the after hours codes were also a great touch."

"Clean lobby. Amazingly friendly staff. Wasn’t able to get room cleaned/bed turned over in the 3 days we were staying there. Staff was still very friendly and responsive when asking for more towels. "

"Decent on the cost but that comes with lack of amenities and cleanliness. The rooms reminded me of a trailer, long and skinny, bed against the wall and a glass bathroom stall. The most unconventional setup I've ever seen. Rooms were dirty to the point of washing your feet before putting your shoes on. Coffee cups were tiny, it took a few days before we received wash cloths after asking, no real space for woman to get ready (counter space), upper 7th floor deck was not in great shape, we didn't...

"Beds, towels were changed but not much besides that. Watch for a female waitress by the pool, she adds tips to your bill and then never gives you change… so you end up tipping her twice. Nor enough information about special events. Overall happy with the stay. Nice access to the beach, mostly friendly staff. "
