"My experience here was great and will definitely be visiting again. My only complaints would be that the bed was very squeaky and would make a lot of noise with any movement, and one of the pillow cases were dirty. The parking included is great just a very tight space to get in and out. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The bathroom was very spacious and great shower. "Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"

"My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all."

"First let me tell you the staff there was phenomenal, hands down fantastic. The view was amazing, the air in the rooms was cool and always on. Lovely place. Now - All that said I want you to read some realities here. It's a beach house, not a boutique hotel. They have a cute little restaurant but its operating hours are 9am (for food) to 6pm. There's no vending machine so you need to either door dash supplies or pick them up (water, snacks, etc) There are beach amenities but no "hotel" style...

"Very small, yet cute place! All depends on the room you get. A standard/queen room is very compact with open bathroom. However, it was quite neat and clean. The lobby was lively! Staff were very helpful, kind and welcoming. Elliot was full of life and spirit. He also made the best omelettes :) Breakfast was included with our stay.
