With four bedrooms and two baths, The Hanner offers ample space for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. Wake up to breathtaking views of the ocean, and unwind on the spacious beachfront deck listening to the soothing sounds of the waves.

Whether you're gathering for meals in the stylish dining area, enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony, or exploring nearby attractions and dining spots, The Hanner provides the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. Immerse yourself in the coastal charm and unparalleled beauty of this exceptional oceanfront property.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee should be included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to make sure the pet fee(s) have been added.
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Springbreak trip

The property was great, with a smooth check-in and check-out process. We had to make a change to our reservation after booking, which took a bit of back and forth, but it was ultimately resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the location!

Overall wonderful stay and accommodations. House looked exactly like expected and pictured. Beautifully decorated and styled. Great furniture in all rooms except upstairs "primary" Recommendations: upstairs bedroom king bed would be nice - plenty of room to have bigger bed. Add expresso maker to kitchen. Deck nail was sticking up and caused a cut foot when walked over. please monitor so doesn't cut another guest. Loved the outdoor furniture but maybe add a lounger chair that can fold flat. Overall AMAZING house and stay. Highly recommend and would stay again

Great beach front location. Four bedrooms that share 2 bathrooms. No master bath/bedroom. Great small kitchen (well appointed), amazing beach colors and decor. Short walk to the beach and quick drive to Atlantic Beach shopping and restaurants.

We loved our stay at the Hanner! The views are perfect, beds are comfortable and the living areas were cozy and perfect for spending Thanksgiving together at the beach (which was so easy to do with the well equipped kitchen and easy access to local stores). Our entire family gave the home a perfect 10 :) We can’t wait to come back!

Unforgettable memories

We had a wonderful time at this property and look forward to coming back hopefully next year. Every view from the windows were picturesque and the flawless integration of indoor and outdoor space was much appreciated. The interior and exterior design was exceptional and there was great attention to detail. Appreciated the extremely clean conditions and responsiveness of the property managers. In summary, our family had created some unforgettable memories of playing on the beach, eating dinner by the sunset and relaxing walks along the beach.

The house was fantastic, beautiful decor, well equipped kitchen, extremely clean, right on the beach with great views from inside the house as well as from each of four decks. Best Beach House yet…

The Hanner was amazing. The pictures are fantastic but there is nothing that compares to seeing it in person. Totally beautiful with the most amazing views and access to beach. Our family of 6 (4 teen girls) was so comfortable there and, after being to Atlantic Beach with rentals no less than 6 times, it was the best property we have ever rented. Property management was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend.

Relaxing beach retreat

Located in less crowded area of PKS. One of our favorite beach houses we’ve stayed in. Loved sitting on the porch watching dolphins pass in the morning and spending hours on the beach with the kids. We’ll definitely be back again!

The best beach views

We picked this property to reunite my son and his nana after a long time apart. The newly renovated house was spotless, the proximity to the beach meant both the old and young could easily enjoy it. The property manager was easy to communicate with and proactive. The house had all we needed and the restaurants close by were delicious. We are thrilled and highly recommend it!

Great house on the beach

Feels and looks like newly constructed, spacious, great view. Perfect location and stylish interior. Managed by a service company so you don't get owners' personal touch but everything was clean and we had great time there! You can enjoy the sun from any deck or side of the house, there were no mosquito nets on the windows and doors, but they were not needed in March.

Stunning in every way

This is a dream house on a dream property. The beautiful Hanner sits right on the beach - truly just a few steps to the water. The situation of the house (tucked in a quiet neighborhood) allows for beach view, sunrise and sunset. There's no reason to leave the beach and porch - except to step inside the stunning, comfy interior. The house is set with 2 bedrooms and one bath on each floor. Each bedroom is spacious with wonderful, simple decor and furniture with plenty of storage. The porches off 3 of the four rooms are great quiet places for reflection and are perfectly situation to watch sunrise / sunset. There are pots, pans dishes, silverware but this is not a "party" house so you might want to bring paper plates/cups if don't want to run the dishwasher to keep up. The appliances are new and simple. IMPORTANT - in case you don't read all the details of the house - only paper towels and TP are provided. You need to bring soap (bath & hand), shampoo, tissues, laundry detergent and I would recommend you bring garbage bags and kitchen soaps. We left some things behind but you might want to just bring stuff from home or hit the food lion that's not too far away. Highly recommend this exceptional rental for small families, gatherings, couples retreat. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful house

Great experience. The house is beautiful. Looks like it has been updated recently. Right on the beach in a neighborhood-type area, quiet. Nice beach-side porch with shaded, smaller porches off 3 of the bedrooms. Mary Kay at the property management co. was very helpful. Bed, couch, chairs, all were comfortable. Hope to be back!

This was a fantastic experience with a lovely home with a lot of privacy. Views are incredible! House was well appointed, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Due to CV, we cooked in for all meals. We had everything we needed to make this a very special trip for our family. We will definitely come back!

On the Beach
