  • New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

    The broad, beautiful arc of Atlantic Beach awaits a few hundred feet down the road from this bright, modern condo, a wonderful respite from days spent swimming and surfing. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a gazebo for grilling and picnicking, a volleyball court, and a rec room with foosball and pool tables.

    This first-floor condo is a beach-goer's delight, with public beach access (including a playground, outdoor showers, and restrooms) one block away. It's also the perfect setting for exploring, with Fort Macon State Park (one mile), the Atlantic Beach Skatepark (two miles), and the North Carolina Aquarium (seven miles) close by. For great shopping and dining, head into downtown Atlantic Beach (less than two miles), Morehead City (four miles), or Beaufort (eight miles).

    Walk home each afternoon through the quaint and friendly neighborhood to be greeted by a newly remodeled living space. Everything is sleek and polished, from the all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances to the contemporary furnishings. Bring a cold drink outside to the front patio or bask in the comfort of wall AC inside. Enjoy smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, as well as complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

Family Getaway

Loved the location and how it wasn’t too far from anything. Loved, loved, loved how close we were to the beach. We had a couple of questions while we were there and the management team was very quick and helpful with their response. Would highly recommend to anyone going to the area and we moon forward to going again.

Clean, comfortable, close to the beach

We stayed here with our two daughters for three nights. It’s very clean, and pretty comfortable - though it would be most comfortable for only 2 guests, maybe 3. The best part of the property is that it’s very close to the beach - just an easy walk - and short drives to restaurants and surf shops. The decor in the home is very cute, too!

Family vacation

Week long summer vacation stay in Atlantic Beach with Perfect timing for the Big Rock Blue Marlin Fishing Tournament in Morehead City just 12 minutes away from where we were staying. This made our vacation even better as our son and I are avid fishermen so we went to to tournament weigh ins every evening and even got to see a 2.5 million dollar Blue Marlin get weighed in that won the tournament. Amazing! We will be back!

No hot water

The property was very clean however the key code pad would not accept the code provided by vacasa. They provided two more codes that also didn't work. Also we weren't told to pick up a packet at the office before we arrived. So we had to drive back to the main office, some 3 miles away to get the packet that had the room key.,It had one bed and a couch that was very hard even to set on. The next morning i notice there wasnt any hot water. When contacting the vacasa representatives around 7 am about the lack of hot water, i was told to check the breaker switch. Not being an electrician and knowing that if the breaker had opened the circut to cut off the hot water heater, there had to be a problem. While waiting for the repairman we tried to go through the locked gate that went to the pool area. The code provided didnt work. The code provided by phone, a vacasa rep at the local office, didnt work either.After about 2 hours, waiting for maintenence, we packed our things and drove to the main office and asked for a refund.They offered another location and provided a refund for out 1st day stay.
