Comfortable and Cute Space

We enjoyed our week here. While the complex itself is a bit dated, this unit has been very nicely remodeled. It was perfect for the three of us. 6 adults could fit, but it would be snug. I enjoyed the balcony at sunset time, and the couch was cozy for nighttime TV. The ocean was a quick walk, mostly on a boardwalk. Some of the basics were missing, however, such as no bath mats or hand towels in the bathrooms, no additional paper products that were needed for a week-long stay (there was no extra toilet paper except the partial rolls that were already in the holders, and no paper towels provided - we had to buy both to have enough for the week), and there were no kitchen linens at all, such as dishrags and dish towels. Also, we only got one set of bath towels and washcloths for each person for the entire week. Given the weekly rate we paid, these items would have been appreciated, as well as the necessary paper products. Overall, this is a nice property and I would return there.

Pretty nice place

Pretty nice, but no pots or pans for cooking. Shower in master leaks around the door - seal is not good. Piece of the door broken and sticking out near where you lock the door- nail sticking out of it.

Loved the pool and entire stay

Overrall stay great, access to pool and own beach access. Kids loved staying in the same room with their own tv. Only downfall was with bathtime for the kids. Yhe bathtub didnt have a stopper for baths so we had to keep the water running. Wasn't ideal but we made it work.

Peace and quiet steps from the beach.

Had an amazing time at this property. Everything was clean and tidy. Host was responsive and attentive to any questions we had and even provided some beach toys that the kid loved! Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, quiet beach trip.

Overall the stay was good. I will say there were a few small items to be improved. The ice maker appeared to not have a water line connected and therefore didn’t make ice, but was turned on. Additionally the screen to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. The door was fine but if you wanted to just have the screen to let air in, that was difficult. Overall, the stay was good but a some minor items to tweak.

Good/fun stay!

Great location! Only downfall was the no elevator and lots of steps, but that is listed on the page and did not deter us from the property! Also the property smelled clean inside but walking around barefoot turned our feet black very quickly. Host was nice but we did call for something and she did not return our call. Overall it was a fun stay! Loved the pool and property beach access!

relaxing vacation

First time in Atlantic Beach! Location could not have been better. It was so wonderful to be able to go back and forth to the beach with just a short walk. Really enjoyed walking the beach at sunset. Accommodations were just right. Any inquiry to the owner was responded to, quickly. I have a couple of suggestions that do not affect my rating. Kitchen items such as plastic wrap, aluminum foil and dishwasher detergent would have been nice. Also a tea kettle for tea drinkers. Otherwise well stocked. Will definitely book with this property again.

Highly recommend!

Convenient location with beautiful beach access. The recently updated and tidy 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo easily met the needs of our crew of 2 adults and 4 teens. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with the basic necessities. Laundry available on the 1st floor. Communication was great with project manager. We would definitely book here again!

Perfect for our family

Perfect access to the beach and pool. Everything was as said in the listing. There was a few leaks with the dishwasher and the shower that I mentioned to the owner. Otherwise it was a great stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great Summer Beach Getaway Spot!

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The property was very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio and see the ocean! We also enjoyed the easy beach access from the complex; no driving, no walking across roads hauling our stuff. The beach was never crowded. It's also only 1 - 2 miles from the main part of town for restaurants, shopping, etc. Pay close attention to the listing so you understand the size/layout of the bathrooms (not much get-dressed space) and the lack of a washer & dryer in the unit. Overall: great experience & highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay

The property was as described. The place waa clean and comfy. Kids didnt want to leave. The host even provided toiletries (which came in handy because someone always forgets something) and beach toys for the kids. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.
