This is a 1bed/1bath 725sq/ft condo located on the 17th floor of Peachtree Towers Condo building, located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta.
This condo is fully furnished and fully equipped for most needs including towels and linens and basic cooking items such dishware, silverware and pots and pans. Some items such as cooking oil and coffee may be stocked but is not guaranteed.
The bedroom features a queen size bed along with nightstand and dresser for storage. There is a small closet also located in the bedroom for hanging suits and additional storage.

MARTA, Metro Bus, Cabs and Ubers and rentable bicycles are all located within a block from us!
So regarding parking there is a paid parking lot located directly below the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW.
If you don't mind walking 3 blocks I have been referring my guests to a cheaper and more secure parking garage, the nightly rates are $11. The address to that garage is:

(If you are on TED TURNER DR wait till you cross over IVAN ALLEN JR BLVD, the entrance is located immediately on your right hand side after you pass Mellow Mushroom Pizza.)
*You will see three garage door openings go to the one on the far right, take a ticket and park in any one of the parking spaces marked "visitor".

1. Check-in time: Please be aware that the stated check-in time of 4pm is not guaranteed for bookings made within 24 hours of check-in.
2. Early check-in/Late check-out: Early check-ins and late check-out times are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
3. Late evening check-in: If you plan to arrive after 10:30pm, please be aware that there may not be staff available to assist you with check-in, parking details, or any property-related issues.
4. Parking: This unit does not have an assigned parking space. Usually, parking is available below the building, but rates may fluctuate during special events in downtown Atlanta.
5. Event pricing: As we are located in the center of downtown Atlanta, prices may vary during special events in the area.
-If you plan to check in very late in the evening past 10:30pm, someone may not be on staff to assist you with checking in, parking details, any issues with the property
-Keep in mind that this unit does not have an assigned parking space. Parking is usually available right below the building (The rate will fluctuate during special events taking place downtown) Feel free to ask us for recommended parking options.
-Being located in the center of downtown Atlanta we often host special events, prices are liable to change for these events.
-This building is historic and was built in the 1960's, so there are some quirks associated with the property and the biggest one is during the change of seasons the HVAC will only blow warm or cold air depending on what the central building heating/cooling is set for at that given time.
-As per building HOA rules, pest control will be performed by Orkin accompanied by a representative of Peachtree Towers bi weekly. By confirming this reservation with us you agree to allow them to access the property to perform their duties.
-Common areas, including hallways, and elevators. in condominium complex may have security cameras.
-Unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for temporary outages of electricity, water, cable, satellite or internet service that are outside of our control.
