We liked the self-check in and self-check out. We didn't like the gnats flying around the bathrooms and the poor sound insulation between rooms.

Not Service Animal Friendly

We were asked to leave after our first night because we brought a service animal with our party. The listing stated it was service animal friendly and that dogs were welcome, so I assumed it was safe, but was asked to leave the morning after check in.

My husband and I had a great experience at The King Suites! Everything was just as advertised! The staff was very nice and welcoming, we felt like we were at home. Nicole was awesome, my 4 year old daughter made sure she gave her a hug every time she saw her. And if you guys see Cooper, give him some love, he is just the sweetest puppy ever! Thank you all for everything❤️😊

Beddings are so dirty. So many stain on the bed sheet and smelly. Towels are also smelly. The room also smelly . We used our own beddings. Kitchen has only a small hot plate and scratched frying fan. This is a worst place I have stayed .

I was very disappointed.. I didn’t know we was staying in a house with 2 other families and I didn’t even stay my whole stay that I paid for and I really need to get a refund but y’all denied access to that so I don’t think I will be using Expedia again.. I am very disappointed over all..

Total disappointment! :(

Well I wish this property had looked as good as the pictures. We had suite 1 with the 1/2 bath and there were some black hairs in the sink. The blanket on the bed smelled kind of mildewy. The outside patio did not look like the picture online at all. The couch looked like it had been out there 30 years and was quite dirty. Also the location of the house is in an area we didn't feel 100% safe in. My 17 year old daughter and I went to a concert in downtown atlanta and I had trouble locating the key in my purse when we got back at 1:30 am.. after terrible traffic. It had been a very long day. The "office" closes at 11 (there is nowhere that you actually check in which is fine) but I called twice to leave an emergency message because we could not get into our room. The property Mgr is across the street. I also rang the bell there. Noone answered the door..or returned my calls. My daughter was getting scared and upset. I saw that both hallway closet doors were open (that have code locks on them and I assume stay shut for workers). I saw keys to all the rooms in there so was able to let us in our room. So really anyone could have gotten into our room when those storage closets were open! Found my key later in the car. People in the room beside us were smoking marijuana & it was coming through strong into our 1/2 bath (even though this is strongly prohibited by the signs everywhere) and you can hear other peoples' tvs etc. wish i'd had time to find somewhere else to stay!

Me gusto que esta cerca del aeropuerto...No me gusto que estaba sucia, habia cucarachas, habia un anuncio que decia que debiamos de dejar limpio, creo esta casa no califica para ser un hotel. Las toallas apestaban, sabanas rotas. Pesimo.

Do not book unless your only concern is cost

There’s BIG roaches; the fan in the bathroom is really loud; there’s no washer/dryer; the power outlet next to the TV was loose and dangerous; there’s lots of lint on the trundle bed surface; the wall paint was scraped off very obviously.

The blinds in the room were broken, floor had not been mopped and was sticky. Community bathroom did not get cleaned or have cleaning supplies available. Trash under bed. Room size of jail cell.

Awful experience. First off, this is a shared property which is deceptively unclear throughout the descriptions. Would be nice to know I was booking a rowhouse beforehand. Secondly and most importantly, the thermostat setting was absolutely cruel. When I checked in, it was 56 degrees inside. After communicating this to the provided phone number, I received no response. Upon waking up in the morning, it was 50 degrees. Unacceptable. Thirdly, the bed sheeting smelled abhorrent with an intense body odor smell. So bad that I actually considered sleeping in just the sheet, even though it was still <55 degrees in the house. My fourth and final note is that they snuck in a $25 fee at the last step of booking. Great grift there guys... Overall, this property is a joke. Do yourself a favor and keep searching.

Good for the price

Located in a residential neighborhood. Our suite was a converted one car garage. Size size it reminded me of the economy lodging I have used in Europe. Very compact with a small counter holding a microwave, 2 burner hot plate and dorm fridge under. Soft comfortable king bed took up most of the room. Bathroom with a small shower was definitely a one at a time space.

Could not stay here

Was there all of 5 minutes and immediately booked room at a hotel. The neighborhood was sketchy, and I felt unsafe as soon as I parked and got out of the car. Opened the door to a bed 2 feet away, with a desk in the closet with someone’s leftover belongings. As a woman traveling alone, this place would not be good. The photos of the room gave illusion of some space, but there is none.
