Never Responded with Check-in Info

On the phone with VRBO for over 4 hours on a Sunday trying to check-in. They finally put me in a hotel at 9pm. Owner never send checkin instructions. Owner never responded to multiple texts and emails, and failed to respond to VRBO. Be forewarned!

Great location and building

Right in the middle of everything. Building is really nice with 2 pools, gym and rooftop. Host was very communicative. Really enjoyed our stay.

Short Term Tenants

We recently ended a 2-month trip during which we stayed in 7 different VRBO listed properties. For this trip we selected only 5 star rated listings. We wanted to wait until the trip was complete before leaving reviews in order to have a complete comparison. This Atlanta condo was the exception. It was a new listing and did not yet have a VRBO rating. We selected it based on the description. Due to the building's location next to Georgia Tech it should not surprise that there is a college apartment house feel to the place, so be prepared for that. The unit we rented had seen a few parties. The plastic mattress covers made the beds a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen was not very well stocked with the basics. Neither the kitchen nor the baths had hand soap at the sinks. We would not rent this unit again.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Centrally located, well furnished, comfortable beds, nice interior lighting, nice kitchen, convenient parking, responsive hosts, great views as advertised. Friendly concierge and helpful residents in the building. Would definitely stay again.
