The hotel entrance was decent, but my experience went downhill during check-in.
I traveled for a volleyball tournament
I had to switch rooms because the first one smelled strongly of mold, like wet rug.
And my dtr quickly responded with her allergies
The amenities are outdated and need improvement. The bed had a large stain on the side, and the bathroom also needs updating. The AC unit mount appeared worn and in need of repair.
There was no proper space to open luggage, which forced me to place my belongings on the floor—something I prefer to avoid. I even had to use the ironing board as a makeshift surface, but it was heavily stained.
The blackout curtains and shower curtains needs immediate attention!!!!!!
Most of the outlets (about 90%) were not working, so I had to charge my phone using the outlet behind the television.
Additionally, there weren’t enough towels or washcloths provided. The iron was also unusable, and the ironing board was in poor condition.
The café downstairs appeared to be more for display than actual use, as it was never open during my stay. There were also no nearby grocery stores or food options, forcing me to rely on Uber or DoorDash for meals.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
