There is a dining room balcony on site for friends to meet within Covid Guidelines that overlooks Peter Street while the rooftop of Mercedes Benz pops from the skyline.
The space
This is a Beautiful bright open space all to yourself in a really cool neighborhood. The energy around is great, the food and bars and access to the city are at the tip of your fingers!
Guest access
Late Check Outs are available for an upcharge pending availability.
If guests or belongings are still in the space at the 30th minute a $50 late fee will be required and $15 for each quarter hour past scheduled checkout time. This can throw off cleaners, linen laundry time and check-ins that are scheduled after.

Our amenities are open and functioning within Covid 19 guidelines. You can access the pool until 9:00 p.m. and the gym is 24/7 access.

Please note there is an extended stay upcharge for reservations over 3 nights.

There is an unauthorized late checkout penalty of $50 on the 30th minute that will be required and then an additional $25 for each quarter hour marker.
