Less than 10 minutes to downtown you will be able to enjoy all the downtown favorite haunts and yet retire to this idyllic quiet gem for a peaceful relaxation.

You have a flight to catch, we are a hop away from Atlanta International Airport and you won't need to cut short your fun by hours just to get to the airport.

You need to put in some work while enjoying your freshly brewed cup of coffee, we've got you covered .
The space
The bed room is spacious with a plush queen bed while the living area has a queen sleeper sofa which can sleep 2 extra quests. There are more than enough linen to cozy up.

There is a coffee maker, coffee, and enough supplies to brew your coffee or tea as you would like.

If you just need to kick back and relax, the 55" Smart TV in the living area is a button away.

There is also a microwave to warm things up and a fridge to keep your drinks ice cold. You may find a beer or two in the fridge to start you off. We provide enough necessities to make your stay comfortable.
Guest access
The Cozy Lair is located in the basement guest suite of the main house with a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock. Though below the main house, it is blocked off and there is no access between the two.

There maybe guests staying in the main house, so you may hear normal human sounds from time to time.

Please make sure you provide an accurate guest count when booking.

There is no thermostat control for the guest suite. Daytime temp is normally 69-73 degrees depending on the season and night time is around 68. There are extra blankets provided for your comfort.
Other things to note
Parking is free on the street. Do not park in the driveway. Please follow the usual street parking rules.
