I was checked into room 410 where feces was in the toilet, stains on the bathroom wall, and skid marks on the computer desk chair.
Once I mentioned it, I was switched to another room where I was greeted by a roach on the shower door. I wish I could post the pictures!
Everywhere was booked due to the Chris Brown concert so I couldn’t get another hotel. The front desk tried to compensate me but there was only so much they can do without access to a manager. Needless to say, I went out and bought my cleaning supplies and did my own deep cleaning.
When I finally spoke to the general manager Paul, they denied me any compensation and didn’t acknowledge anything happening. I went through Expedia only for me to recently find out the manager Michelle refusing to make amends due to denial of anything ever happening.
This was the worse experience I’ve had thus far at a Hilton hotel and hope it’s the last.
