Once my family and I checked in. We went to the room and looked around I noticed that there was what was believed to mold in the vents, the tub had rust in it, and the refrigerator and harden food inside it. So, then I went to the front desk and there were two representative. I of them was actually working. She was on the radio with a team member and the other one was what appeared to be on her phone. Which is why she didn't notice me standing there. An that has become the new norm I've noticed. However, our room was switched to another room and the second room had a slight odor but I carry my own room freshener. So it wasn't a big deal but the carpet was torn and so was the drapes in the bedroom. Regardless if you pay full price or employee pricing everyone should be treated the same.
