On January 14th I was set to stay in one of your hotels for 1 night but found the hotel rooms given to me to be unclean and smelling of smoke. When I arrived, there were clear instructions NOT to smoke on the premises otherwise the hotel would fine me $250.
I was set to stay in room 120 and the bathroom was unclean and the room was not swept over. Hair shedding and muck were all over the bathroom and the bed. I was told the “cleaners” were supposed to take care of this and had left at 3pm, yet that clearly isn’t true. The front desk person was kind enough to give me another room 223 and that room was not taken care of either and had a putrid smell of nicotine. I cannot stand the smell of smoke. If the hotel has to fine their clients for smoking then why should I be assigned a space that clearly violated that area. The state of this hotel is not what was advertised on the website and I am appalled at the conditions offered for making amends. There isn’t even a proper chain of command to rectify the situation. I have emailed my complaints with photo evidence about the matter.
