However if you’re going to run a contactless business you should find a better route to conflict resolution than calling your guests and accusing them of smoking pot in your rooms. "I stay almost exclusively at Hampton Inns because thr beds are always so comfortable with lots of big, super comfy pillows. Not this one! The room we got was so tiny that there was barely any room to move around the bed and we both ended up whacking our chin on the corner several times. The bed was awful and noisy.
