Wine country bungalow

The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy bed, and perfect for your four-legged friends who will have a fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real queen bed, and one queen size air mattress.

Lovely Wine Country Bungalow with all of the amenities that is close to Paso Robles Wine Country and five minutes to downtown Atascadero. The cottage has a very comfortable queen bed with 1000 thread count linens with your own master bathroom. The bathroom has a full tub with detachable shower head and a large mirror over the sink. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, and coffee maker with free coffee, tea, and water bottles. This one-bedroom unit is apart of a two-unit duplex and shares one wall with another one-bedroom unit.

The front room is very open with a three stool bar that is connected to the kitchen. There are two couches, one with three seats, and the second is a loveseat. There is updated décor throughout the house that we know you will enjoy. For additional guests, there is a queen size air mattress with built-in pump for easy use, and of course, fresh bed linens and pillows.

The backyard has a fully enclosed fenced area that you can access from the backdoor that has a dog door for easy in/out access for you four legged friend. The fenced backyard area is perfect for dogs since they can not get out and is six feet high. The fully fenced backyard area is private for only guests and not shared with anyone to ensure your pet is not disturbed.

There are board games for family fun, TV with Netflix, and free WIFI.

Perfect lil getaway

We loved this clean & cozy spot! The location is perfect to explore the surrounding areas. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials and had many coffee options to choose from! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom has been tastefully updated. We loved the large, fenced in backyard for our small dog. We didn't use the outdoor grill, but what a great option to have! Easy process to check in and out, and the host responded promptly to my rare inquiry. Overall we had a very comfortable stay!

Atascadero is a great location

Check-in process and communications were great! Property was in good shape, off-street parking in an open-faced garage, nice, quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable, but a little small for 2 big people like us (both 6 foot). Everything worked fine for us. The location was great for visiting Morro Bay, as it is an easy 15 minute drive through a very scenic canyon area. Price was reasonable, and saved $$ compared to Morro Bay. We would stay here again.

Do not rent from this owner

Do not rent from this owner. 1) A little less then a month before we arrived, we asked the owner to shorten our 2 month stay by one month. The owner responded by canceling our entire stay and kept our deposit. Only with VRBO's help did we get my reservation reinstated. 2) The heater in the unit did not work properly and the place was very cold. Only after 1.5 months of our 2 month stay did he get it fixed. 3) The TV gets only 2 stations CBS news and Netflix and these would stop working at random times with a "no internet connection" error. 4) The clothes washer and drier are in a dirty basement and are coin operated. 5) The unit has no dish washer and the sink did not have a stopper, which we had to buy. 6) The neighbors three large dogs bark constantly. 7) The owner did not return our damage deposit, claiming that some how we caused the pipes in the kitchen sink to rust out. Even though we did not have any problem with the kitchen sink drain. There must be a reason that there are no reviews for this property. The owner must be able to block unfavorable reviews.
