"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "

"I have been to great hotels all around the world but this one stands out. First, it is beautifully decorated and designed. Second, the service is better than any I have seen in 10 countries. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable gift at the end of a tiring day of sight seeing. The bathroom is elegant and beautiful. Even the toilet has a water jet.
