Viatges a At-Tebin

The room wasn’t very clean, the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, and we were only given one towel. There was very little information about the hotel and there was no breakfast when it was advertised there would be. No soundproofing inside or outside, the doors weren’t sealed at all. The staff was present and attempting to be helpful and were very nice. The location is good, but the hotel not so much.

Good cost benefit property and close to the airport

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – FILTHY ROOMS, MISLEADING PHOTOS, TOTAL SCAM! One of the WORST hotel experiences I’ve ever had! I booked the Superior Single Room, supposedly one of their best options, advertised in photos with a balcony. Instead, I got a tiny, filthy room that felt smaller than a prison cell. It looked NOTHING like the pictures, and there was no balcony. The room was absolutely disgusting. The towels were dirty, and the pillows and bedding were so filthy that I had to cover the pillows with my own clothes until I could buy clean sheets just to sleep. Imagine paying for a hotel and having to buy your own bedding! Even worse, the table by the mirror had a huge piece of broken glass sitting on top of it, which was a serious safety hazard. The surrounding area was unpleasant as well. I genuinely don’t understand the high ratings and question how this place has so many glowing reviews. The advertising was extremely misleading. I was so disappointed that I LEFT BEFORE MY STAY WAS OVER. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were respectful, but that doesn’t make up for the condition of the property. In my opinion, this place is a total rip-off. I wouldn’t spend another Egyptian pound here. Save your money, don’t trust the photos, and book somewhere else!
