"We stayed for one night & could not fault anything. The room was very fresh, bed comortable and clean. Bar had a great atmosphere and food was good, breakfast in the morning also very good - would recommend."

"No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! "

"Staff, service and food were excellent. Exactly when you'd come to expect from a Holiday Inn. Sadly however the room looked tired and in need of some much needed TLC with a distinct lack of beside plugs and although the room was at far end of the building and away from general foot traffic it was right above the air handling units and plant so was noisey at night. The pool and locker rooms werent much better. The locker room was dirty (however, it was late in the day) and there was a nasty...

"Buen hotel con entorno agradable. Las habitaciones bien de tamaño. Ruidosas cuando hay ceremonias. A Las habitaciones de la planta baja no les llega el wifi lo que supone un grave inconveniente. Lo mejor el parking gratis y amplio"

"Have stayed here a few times. Staff are always courteous, helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. My only gripe would be that the shower unit could do with a shower mat to prevent slipping and falling and that the shower temperature was not quite hot enough even when turned up to full. Nevertheless overall it was a pleasant overnight stay and I will continue to book here in the future when visiting Sheffield. "
