Spacious and comfortable villa with private swimming pool, located in the countryside surrounding splendid Assisi. The villa is detached and surrounded by well-maintained garden containing a swimming pool. Inside the property is decorated in a rustic style and can welcome up to 12/15 guests.
The location of Villa Reale permits guests to easily reach the main cities of central Italy such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, Todi and Arezzo.
Available to guests: garden with swimming pool of irregular shape (roughly 15 x 6 m; maximum depth: 1.25 m), barbecue and wood-burning oven located near the swimming pool. The villa has free WI-FI internet connection. Parking onsite.
The owners of the property own and manage a lovely wellness center roughly 2km from the rental and guests can avail of special prices on the following:
