"Clean. Comfortable room with a kitchen and balcony facing ski runs. Nice Pool and hot tub-open a little later would’ve been nice. Great location. Water in lobby nice touch. Check in staff could’ve been more friendly. "

"We were met by an exceptionally friendly staff, particularly, Charlotte, at the front desk. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and once she found out about it, she did everything in her power to make us feel important and welcome. As did everyone else on your fine staff from the valets, the man who brought our luggage to our room, the concierge, and everyone at the front desks. We thank Charlotte for arranging the anniversary gift of fine wine with chocolates that was delivered to our room....

"Perfect location. Right next to the ski lift. Also very easy to get around all parts of central aspen by foot. Rooftop pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful. There is a beautiful jogging route right next to the hotel called the East Aspen Trail, which takes you through beautiful aspen trees, most easy to appreciate after the winter time. Most importantly for me, they were pet friendly."

"The staff is super nice and accommodating. Given how cheap this was compared to typical Aspen prices, I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel felt cozy, there was a good choice at breakfast, and the staff was very available and willing to help. The rooms were somewhat old with some signs of wear (as I expected based on the price and reviews), but I was pleasantly surprised they were functional and clean. The location is fantastic. "The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals."

"Very nice hotel. Parking fees of $45/ day is too much. Also we had our pet and this was the highest daily fee I’ve ever seen at $50/ day. "

"We stay here annually and love it. Onsite ski rental, a tide anywhere we want at any time. Nice staff have become out friends over the years."

"Nice pool and hot tub. Good front desk. Good coffee and breakfast was good too. Nice location to mall, and local music festival near ski lift in summer season. I enjoyed my 2 days there."
