Charming cottage in Normandy 500m from the sea and D-Day

Comfortable and ideal for cozy family cottage filled family holiday sharing and conviviality. La Bella Spiaggia, located in the old Asnelles in the heart of the landing beaches (proximity of Arromanches), has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, garden and terrace.

A large space life Salon & Kitchen of 40 m2 opening onto the garden.
A bathroom consisting of a toilet, double sinks and a double walk in shower.

A second small attic bedroom with 1 double bed and ensuite shower room.

- On the second floor -
Access via a narrow staircase, a third attic bedroom with 1 double bed - possibility of conversion into 2 singles. Toilet-sink attached

Outside, an enclosed 150m2 garden, terrace, barbecue ...
A private parking space in front of the house, a free public parking at 50 meters.

And of course a big beautiful patrolled beach 500 meters!

Nice house equipped with all conveniences

We enjoyed the house and garden. The house is fully equipped, with a complete kitchen inventory, and everything is well maintained and attractive. We used the bedroom in the ‘attic’ as the master bedroom, because in the other double bedroom the bed was against the wall, which we didn't find very practical. The staircase to the ‘attic’ is very narrow. All in all, a perfect house for anyone who wants to stay in the D-Day area.

Mal wieder perfekt. Wir waren schon vor 9 Jahren in diesem Haus zu Gast. Es war mal wieder alles perfekt. Man sieht, dass das Haus über Jahre in Schuss gehalten wird. Es ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Nett dekoriert, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann. Der Ort selber, indem das Haus liegt ist extrem ruhig. Wunder schöner Ort, sehr pitoresk jnd nicht überlaufen. Alles in allem, würde wir wieder kommen und können das Haus jederzeit empfehlen.

Perfekte Ferien im perfekten Haus

Wir hatten einen exzellenten Aufenthalt in Gregorys House! Das Ferienhaus war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen geschmackvollen Details ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der persönliche und aufmerksame Concierge-Service – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.Unsere drei Kinder (5, 8 und 10 Jahre alt) hatten genauso viel Freude wie wir. Der sonnige Garten und die große Terrasse waren ein Traum. Auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – es gibt zwei Kühlschränke, von denen einer ausschließlich für Wein vorgesehen ist. Ein kleines, aber feines Detail, das uns sehr gefallen hat.Wir haben wunderschöne Ostertage in Gregorys House verbracht und können dieses besondere Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Alles bestens

wir waren eine Woche im Cottage, uns fehlte an nichts. Küche, Bäder und Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Asnelles ist eine top Lokation, in der Basse Normandie, um die D-Day-Strände der Landung zu besichtigen. Wir können den Cottage in dieser schönen Gegend uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen

Stay in the Heart of History

We had a perfect stay. The home is charming, well-appointed and stocked. The owner and his house manager Aurore were lovely and very easy to reach with any questions. But the best part of staying in this home is its location. Asnelles is a charming, quiet town but is easily accessible to Bayeux and Arromanches, directly in the heart of D-Day history. But even better, Asnelles is situated in the center of the northern Normandy coast, making it easy to take day trips all the way west to Mont St. Michel or all the east to Honfleurs, Le Havre and Giverney. Property was well stocked with all you need for a weeks stay , only gripe was if you are staying with elderly people the stairs are a bit steep with no hand rails, but overall we had a very pleasant stay ,

Beautiful House

This house in Asnelles is as beautiful as the fotos let you imagine. Everything was fine, we felt very welcome, Asnelles is a cosy small town and we enjoyed walks on the beach.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad.

Huis van alle gemakken voorzien, aardige host, mooie tuin en schoon. Ligging ten opzichte van de invasiestranden en musea is redelijk. Strand op loopafstand. Rustig dorpje We hebben genoten.

Séjour sympa

La maison est décorée avec goût. Le poêle au bois était très facile à gérer et très appréciable en ce mois de mars. La maison est très bien équipée : cuisine et buanderie. Les propriétaires sont réactifs à tout problème. Par contre, les deux escaliers pour monter aux chambres ne sont pas adaptés pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Ils sont étroits. Et les chambres adultes : l une est très mansardée et l autre sous les toits : il faut le savoir. La mer est non loin comme indiquée, très facile d accès. Un petit carrefour market est très utile pour combler les grosses courses. C est une localisation au centre des différents lieux touristiques : près des plages du débarquement, mais aussi non loin de Caen ou de Cabourg. Merci beaucoup.

Tolle Unterkunft, ideale Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wunderschön renovierten und eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen, besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Ausstattung und die liebevoll gestattete Einrichtung. Ideal als Ausgangsort für einen Besuch der Landungsstrände und lange Strandspaziergänge.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Asnelles. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr haben wir uns über die Begrüßung in Form von Plätzchen,Wein und Kaffee gefreut. Das einchecken war unkompliziert und wir haben uns schnell zurecht gefunden. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Eltern der Vermieter begrüßt und uns wurden alle Fragen beantwortet. Im Haus war alles an Austattung vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann, selbst Seife,Duschgel, Spülmaschinen und Waschmaschinentabs, Zucker Salz und Öl etc etc. Lediglich die Treppen sind in dem Haus sehr schmal und teilweise steil, für kleine Kinder oder unsportliche Leute eher nicht geeignet. Ansonsten ist alles sehr durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir waren sehr zufrieden. :-)

Fantastic property as a base to discover Normandy m!

A beautiful and very tastefully renovated house with all amenities provided in a cosy village perfectly situated on the coast. If you are looking to explore the D-day landings this is the perfect base. The landlord was very accommodating and everything worked out smoothly. Highly recommended!
