"It was a spacious room, comfortable bed with good aircoditioning and black out curtains. Room service was food and food very good and plenty of options. Lobby and restaurant was good. All this made this hotel worthwile, so 5 stars. Some people may find these things important for a star rating so just mentioning.... No mini fridge and microwave in room though there was provision for this. The safe was inoperable. Lacked cleanliness in bathroom. Shower doors were heavily stained with hard water...

"This hotel is in a nice part of town on the North side of the river within easy walking distance to useful shops and cafes as well as the Aga Khan Palace. Spacious rooms (with extensive views, in my case on level 6) with balcony, air-con and kitchen made for a comfortable stay. The in-room dining offers freshly cooked and excellent food. The reception staff are helpful and the room attendants are enthusiastic. The breakfast room on the top floor is modern and staff attentive, if at times...
