"Our access code to get in the door was not sent so we had to call and wait for 25 mins before he heard anything. Outside areas needed to be cleaned up. We could not sit outside at the table by the arbor to enjoy the beautiful morning with our coffee which would have been nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and common area was nice with plenty of snacks, food and drinks. "

"Room 205 Like: Very clean! Staff were actually friendly and happy to have conversations instead of just answering questions. I'm 5'10" and weigh 220. The bed was supportive without being hard. The rain shower head was a nice touch, and the handheld extension provided good water pressure. Also, the walk-in shower is perfect for people who have a hard time stepping into a bath tub. I loved the ambience of this corner room. I do think the beds were 2 different sizes a queen and a full perhaps?...

"It was really good until the day we were scheduled to check out. There was no water. We had to depart for a 12 hour trip without the ability to shower, brush our teeth, etc. That pissed us off. That will keep us from booking again. Which sucks because we loved the size of the room. "

"For a budget-level hotel, this was wonderful! It was clean and quiet. I'm very sensitive to smoke, mildew, and chemical smell - typically all a problem at budget hotels. None of this was a problem! Front desk staff were super friendly. Only complaint was the water diverter for the shower was stuck and I couldn't have a shower. However, I didn't have to have one. If we had complained, they would have definitely addressed it. Would definitely stay here again!"
