With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a twin bed, this welcoming property ensures a comfortable night's sleep. Full kitchen and living room provides a great stay while visiting family in town, attending a sports meet at the Ash Flat Ball Park or the AL Hutson in Highland, or floating down the South Fork or Kayaking the Strawberry River. Travelers by plane are less than five miles from the Sharp County Regional Airport to this quaint property.

The heating and AC provide tremendous comfort when needed, but when the weather is nice, having the doors open while chilling on the couch is a treat. Or, enjoy the outdoors on the front and rear porches in the quiet neighborhood. The large bathroom is stocked with the basic essentials, and has lots of room if you need to bring in more of your comforts from home. Plus, plenty of parking if you are pulling a camper or have visitors during an extended stay.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei, comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The host are wonderful people! I was in shock because my mother had just passed away & had drove 10 hours from Illinois to Arkansas. They not only made sure I was okay, they also made our families fur baby, bullypit right at home. The husband set up water for her, & the wife made a pallet for her to lay on with the smell of her own dog on it to let my dog know it was okay! They were so comforting and I felt very safe. I invited the owners over for dinner! The home was clean & had everything I needed! The neighbors would walk by and talk to my dog. The older lady across the street offered to help me carry groceries inside & gave me a leash for my dog to be outside. Best place to stay in the ash flat area!!!! The entire community is amazing people!
