Accommodation description:
This chalet offers plenty of privacy and a rustic location, next to the owners' farm. The interior shows great attention to detail and the use of wood creates a homely feel. The spacious sauna on the first floor is ideal for unwinding after a long day in the spectacular surroundings. It also features ski storage and an electric car charging station. Carefree enjoyment and plenty of privacy!
This fine chalet is located on the outskirts of Aschau, in the famous Zillertal valley. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach, so you can just leave the car. The ski bus that stops right by the house will take you comfortably to the ski areas of the Zillertal Arena, which are not far away, or to the famous ski area Ski Optimal Hochzillertal

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. Tolle Familienzeit!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Waren zu elft, hatten immer und überall genug Platz. Das Haus ist sehr schön, toll eingerichtet, dank viel Holz sehr gemütlich, gleichzeitig modern. Die Vermieter waren immer gut erreichbar und mehr als freundlich. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Family Summer Holiday

Beautiful brand new house in stunning location close to all amenities. Really high quality of finish and spotlessly clean. Shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Plenty of space around with little grass area and patio to rear of house. A really enjoyable stay and a great week. Only negatives were owner spoke no English (I accept I should learn more German ) and there were zero instructions in the house. Also we booked a 5 bedroom house but the owner locked 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and wouldn’t open them up. My wife got hot at night and thought it might be easier to sleep in a north facing room but these weren’t available. The house was just perfect for our family otherwise but I think that if you were a large group you may find the shared ground floor accommodation limiting. A hair dryer would be nice for the quality of accommodation. Still a great place to stay for us though!

Super schönes Ferienhaus!

In diesem Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist richtig gut ausgestattet, es fehlt fast nichts. (Eine Waschmaschine wäre schön). Es war sehr sauber. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der schönen Terrasse gefrühstückt und abends noch in der Sitzecke auf der Terrasse die letzten Sonnenstrahlen genossen. Als kleiner Tipp für den Vermieter, vielleicht den Kühlschrank schon morgens einschalten, wenn Gäste nachmittags eintreffen. Rundum aber das beste Ferienhaus, was wir in den letzten 10 Jahre hatten.

Luxus-Chalet im modernen Landhausstil

Das nagelneue und perfekt ausgestattete Chalet war ideal für unseren Familienurlaub mit 9 Personen. Es fehlt an nichts. Durch die freistehende Lage am Ortsrand haben wir den freien Blick über weite Wiesen bis hinauf auf die tollen Bergen des Zillertals sehr genossen. Der benachbarte Bauernhof und auch das ländliche Umfeld des Dorfes Aschau bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Übrigens findet man in Aschau alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur täglichen Versorgung. Die tollen Wanderausflüge ins tiefere Zillertal bis hin zu den gemeinsamen Grillabenden (natürlich mit Zoiglbier aus der Oberpfalz) waren wieder ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben alles hervorragend angetroffen. Das Haus ist ganz neu erbaut und das merkt man auch. Die Betten sind ein Traum, die sauna ist groß und sauber und die Bäder auf dem neuesten Stand. Mit dem Auto oder skibus ist man in 5 min an der Talstation Kaltenbach oder in 10 min in Zell am Ziller. Das einzige was wir noch etwas vermisst haben waren bade und Fußmatten sowie das ein oder andere Küchenutensil. Ich denke das wird aber nach und nach noch hinzugekauft. Leider war der Kamin während unseres Aufenthaltes noch nicht funktional. Das war ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
