"This hotel was super clean and the staff was amazing"

"Let me 1st say I really love this hotel and the staff! My family and I have stayed here for the last 3 years in June for a family gathering (cookout) at the hotel as they have a nice grill and patio area. Here is where things go left during our stay the elevators kept going out! At one point I was forced to carry all my stuff up 3 flights of stairs aling with my other family members. It was grueling! Even the next day when my 90 year dad went down for breakfast he couldn't brave the stairs...

The staff were great at trying to accommodate guests but the breakfast was not a hit they water down the apple juice and orange juice to try and stretch so it’s just unflavored colorful water,and the pool closes to early for guests and it’s rather small so it get crowded quick. It is in a convenient location."

Breakfast was fresh with a nice variety of options, and the kitchen and dining area were kept clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others."

"A/C not working at all in the hallways,barely working in the room. Front desk did nothing to help, too busy in the back room, never actually at the front desk! Hotel is under renovation, of course NOT mentioned on their website! Front desk agent SLEEPING, could not wake him up after numerous attempts! My five days there were miserable, I really can’t imagine ever staying there again. You would think that they would lower their prices during construction? Be more accommodating? Definitely nothing...

"My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues. 1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th. 2. "The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable."
