"Our Stay at the Kensington Arts Hotel was very relaxing. This small boutique hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the included breakfast was good. Also, you can’t beat the location. Just outside of downtown, nice trails along the river and lots of quaint shops and eateries nearby. "

"Overall the room was roomy for the 3 of us and all amenities were good. The staff could use a bit of customer service training. Called down to request bedding for pull out sofa but no one answer after letting it ring for quite awhile. Went down and asked person at front desk if the phone rang and they said it did but were busy with someone else. They should have answered the phone and said they would be right with me. Also, the person that delivered the bedding seemed to not know what to do...

"We loved our stay at the Courtyard. Staff was helpful, everything was very clean, beds were comfortable. The only negative was that we had to use the valet to park the car and every day it came back smelling of beer. I don't know where they're parking them but it's not good, especially as it was a rental car. Everything else was great!"

"Valet parking staff were very friendly and efficient. Friendly front desk experience checking in and out. The rooms where really comfortable, had mini fridge and microwave."

"Unfortunately we were there at the time of the G7. Should have stayed 3 nights but had to move to another hotel for the last night As it happened I wish we had been moved for all the time. The hotel was crawling with security, police etc and was very intimidating. Not the fault of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and lively. We found the room very dark and small and a little disappointing "

"We required a suite, and it was lovely, having all the kitchen requirements. It is next door to a Tim Horton’s, and it is also a very secure hotel. I am sure there are other features such as its restaurant. "
