"Even though the hotel was empty, they gave us room right next to the elevator. We could hear the elevator sound entire night, so we could hardly get any sleep. The mattress on the pull out was also in a terrible condition. I recommend any family of 4 staying make sure before hand to get a room far from the elevator and make sure the condition of mattress in the suite with pullout couch. Regards"

"This was a great place to stay. Just a few minutes walk to the River Walk and all kinds of shops. The room was clean, and breakfast was a buffet of sausage/bacon, potatoes, eggs, tacos, and a bunch of other food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Every time I took a shower the would so loudly within the walls that I was afraid it would wake up other people in other rooms. No room service at all. My room was cleaned once in the entire. The workout room looked like an afterthought. I stay at Hiltons often, but would never stay at an Embassy Suites again."
