BEDAT 2 - ARTHEZ D'ARMAGNAC

Domaine d'Ognoas is a vineyard producing Armagnac. Spread over several hectares, you'll discover unique expertise, the secrets of distillation, and you can also taste our finest vintages. Here, you can enjoy a vast natural space of vineyards, hillsides, and fields with hiking and cycling trails to explore the Landes countryside in a different way. At the crossroads of the Landes, Gers, and Lot-et-Garonne departments, this region is steeped in history with fortified towns, castles, and other monuments to visit. Bedat is a former barn, completely renovated and divided into two adjoining gîtes, which can accommodate 10 people when rented together. You will be charmed by the building's historical character and the quality of the restoration, which combines original architectural features with high-end amenities. This unique setting is perfect for an off-the-beaten-path holiday or a wellness retreat near the Barbotan thermal baths. On-site, the swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.40m deep) is shared between the two cottages. Secured by a barrier, it is open from June to September, weather permitting. Sun loungers are available. You have access to a terrace with a table and chairs. Bedat 2 is a cottage furnished for 4 people. Arranged over two levels, it includes: - a living room with lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove), dining area, and open-plan fitted kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, sink, induction hob, combination microwave/oven, dishwasher) - a ground-floor bedroom with two single beds (80cm) - an upstairs bedroom with one double bed (160cm) - two shower rooms - two separate toilets - a laundry room with a washer/dryer. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, cleaning, and water and electricity consumption are included. Baby equipment can be provided upon request.
