"Overall a good hotel, probably give it 4 stars not 5. Reception could do with reading customer payment situation better, waiter in restaurant not knowing the dishes and looking confused when asked to check (this is a cust serv training issue). Another issue with 2 cleaning staff members not understanding basic English cleaning instructions. One saving grace was the excellent barman initial 'D' who really did the place justice."

"Stayed there every single time, and this is my third time for this year. Every time is also at level 7. First 2 times was good, but not this round. Believe the housekeeping can do a better job. I spotted my own hair on the carpet (same spot) for the entire stay."

"Good"

"My first time staying at this place and it did not disappoint. Has all the basic amenities and more. Will stay there again for short trips"

"Wifi not available and TV do not have channel that can be watch. So terrible."

"Great 👍 "

"While the staff are very friendly, the rooms are not very clean. Insects are found."
