Le Chaussis is a large house, with 5 bedrooms, full of charm, completely renovated in 2022, located in the heart of a one-hectare bocage park, adjoining a private lake of 7,000m² stocked regularly (tench, roach, carp, pike). Ideal for getting together with family or friends!!
You will appreciate the wooded park, the south-facing terrace with a view of the pond.
