Cute little cottage in the best location.

What a location!! We are located along HWY 71 in Arnolds Park. This is part of the Stay-Properties and sits in the same block as our other fun rentals. This is a true cottage that has two queen beds, 1 bath and a full kitchen.
You will be able to enjoy the public beach on West Lake, walk to the central Emporium all while never starting your car.

You are located along Hwy 71 in busy Arnolds Park. This is a busy neighbor and along the main highway in Arnolds Park. You are located right by Okoboji Dough Company, Smiles with Miles and a quick walk to The Ritz. You can walk to the Arnolds Park Public Beach.

Bring your bikes and jump on the bike trail.
You will receive a code 48 hours before check in. You do share the back patio with the neighboring cabin.

The Stay Cottage is the perfect 1 room cottage that lands you in Arnolds Park. The perfect location to the night life, beach and events. No Local Taxis will be needed once you rent this cute little cottage in Boji. You have 2 queen beds, a small kitchen, a fire pit and a grill. Feel free to move the fire pit out into the yard or driveway.

Please be sure to check out our shower, there has been mention that it is not big enough but with this being a true Arnolds Park original cottage, we dont have the space to enlarge it.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
