☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆



This two-story home has three cozy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, plus luxury beddings for long nights of blissful sleep. The main level has a queen bed bedroom, second level has one queen bedroom with an oversized closet and one bedroom with two twin beds, also with an oversized closet. All bedrooms have high quality standing fans, nightstands and dressers for storage. Additional sleeping accommodations can be found on each level - the main floor has a pull out couch and the second level has a futon in the loft.

If you’re a large group on vacation together, having access to multiple bathrooms is important. There are 2 bathrooms - one on each level- to make it easy for guests to unwind from a busy day. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo and expansive vanity with ample storage, while the upstairs bathroom is cozier with a walk-in shower and shelving for additional storage. High-quality towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided.

An open concept living space with big windows overlooking the beautiful trees provides a secluded feel despite the cabin's proximity to so many amenities. Wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, use the oven or microwave to make a homemade breakfast, and sit down at the table to discuss your plans for the day. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded. The custom cabinets and full-size refrigerator provide plenty of space to store your family’s favorite groceries. Take advantage of the many handy appliances like toaster, blender, crock pot, coffee maker, French press, Keurig, and other kitchen gadgets, while a large sink and dishwasher make cleaning up a breeze.



The living room is designed to bring everyone together with classic cabin decor, and comfortable couches in front of the flat-screen TV. The wood-burning fireplace is a focal point of the room and adds a warm glow to the space on cool evenings. The living room is surrounded by windows and gets a lot of sunshine in the afternoons. Enjoy additional living space on the spacious wraparound deck - perfect for an afternoon BBQ or stargazing at night.



Upstairs you will find an additional living space which can be closed off from the main floor - perfect for kids or remote work! This space offers a smart TV, a bookshelf full of books available to guests (take it home if you don't finish during your stay!), comfortable seating and 4 seat table ideal for games. A 24 in. computer monitor is provided to aid any working from "home" that needs to be done.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet (100 mbps) throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs.



Registered guests will have access to the Blue Lake Springs Community Center. There is a $20 per person, per day fee for use of the Community Center amenities



Parking is available in the driveway of the house with up to 4 cars.



A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration



Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.



The cabin is family friendly, with a Pack'n'Play and high chair are available for guest use (please use at your own risk)

The Neighborhood:

This cabin is located in the fantastic Blue Lake Springs community which boasts 2 private lakes! A 4 minute walk brings you to Lodge Lake and all of its amenities: swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce, shuffleboard, corn hole, ping pong tables, exercise room, horseshoe pits, pickle ball, beach volleyball, playground, lawn chess, and BBQ stations. The Blue Lake Bistro is open year round (check website for days/hours) and offers an exceptional menu with a dining deck overlooking the lake (bring your own bottles of wine if you desire).



A 4-5 minute walk in the other direction and you'll be at the Sequoia Woods Country Club restaurant and lounge. The lounge is open to the public for drinks and food (please check website for lounge and kitchen hours).



Fly-in Lake has disc golf as well as additional beach volleyball and horsehoes.



Getting Around:

The driveway can fit 3-4 cars.



Other Things to Note:

☆You must be 21+ to book.

☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.

☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation

☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property

☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied



☆PETS☆

We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home without an added pet fee. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! We cannot accommodate other animals at this time.



Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

MAXIMUM of 8 guest occupancy - all guests should be accounted for on your reservation, regardless of age.



☆GARBAGE☆

Due to the location of the cabin and prevalence of wildlife, guests are required to remove all garbage from the cabin at the end of their stay. Garbage can be dropped off at the Avery Transfer Center, a 10 minute drive from the cabin, for no fee. Be sure to verify days and hours of operation prior to your departure to ensure availability.



☆FIRE PLACE☆

The wood-burning fireplace is one of the most loved features of this cabin, providing warmth and a cozy ambiance on cool nights. Be sure to bring your own firewood! The local ACE Hardware and Big Trees Market usually have bundles for sale.



☆BBQ GRILL☆

The private grill invites you to BBQ outdoors and enjoy the fresh air with the whole family over a meal. Propane is provided.



☆REFUNDS☆

We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
