Was lovely, clean and modern. Nice smells throughout. Xmas decks on point and we noticed it isn't too far from the big shopping centres. Truly worth a visit. Breakfast great value for the area. Can't praise this hotel and it's staff enough. Everyone from the cleaners to the front of house was polite, friendly and helpful."

"Very nice ground floor room with small patio overlooking the garden. Room was very comfortable with all the amenties that one needs, We had a good dinner with our grandkids. Breakfast buffet was good with fresh farmhouse bread etc. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. I called ahead of our stay to confirm this was OK and...
