The house has been completed renovated and updated with all new flooring, furniture, appliances, kitchen wares, lighting, arcade games, and more to ensure a fantastic stay for you and your guests.

You will have access to the entire house, backyard, and dock all to yourself. You will access the house via SmarLock on the front door.

Guests will have a remote Check-In, and we host remotely. We are always available but will leave you alone to enjoy your vacation. We do have security cameras at each entrance to the house for the safety of the house and our guests so we will know when you arrive and how many guests you have in your group.

HOUSE RULES
• No Parties or events allowed.
• Maximum number of guests allowed on property or overnight is 14.
• No Smoking or Vaoing of any kind or permitted inside the house or on the decks. If smoke is detected there will be a $750 Ozone Smoke Removal Fee charged.
• No Pets Allowed. We love dogs, but leave ours at home. If you bring a pet there will be a charge is $750 per pet.
• Quiet Times: 10:00pm-8:00am. Please respect our neighbors and how noise carries across the water.
