"Lovely conveniently placed hotel close to Loch Lomond, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice on the menu for evening dining. Self service breakfast again with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. The hotel has places to relax just off the reception area, lots of comfee seats Pleasant walk across the road along the bank of the Loch although this is probably busy during the summer season"

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Even if you have to pay an extra £60–£100, I would strongly advise choosing a different hotel. Here are the reasons why: Upon entering our room, we noticed black mould and strands of hair in several places. The room did not smell fresh or clean. The bed and pillows also appeared unclean, with hairs visible on the bedding. The corridors leading to the room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpets looked dirty and poorly maintained. "We were fortunate to have booked our 2 night stay in Inveraray at The George Hotel. Our room was upgraded to allow a large group of ladies to have rooms near each other. We truly lucked out. The room was beautiful, quiet and lovely water views. Every member of the staff was amazing at making us feel welcomes and like long friends. Yule even shared one of his cocktail recipes with us. We highly recommend you stay at The George Hotel if you will be in the area."

"Our stay at Inveradran house was wonderful! The property is charming and quaint. We loved watching the birds and red squirrels in the morning! Breakfast every morning was amazing. There are a lot of little details that make the stay welcoming-- like a range of usb charging stations, beautiful views and homemade shortbread (courtesy of Jan). "Stayed for couple of nights in rm 19 which was modernised and had a Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom which made my day. Bed was comfy, room was clean, large tv for whoever is interested in this, kettle, plenty coffee and tea. Roo. Was quiet, location just across from the ferry, the building itself was stunning. Electric heaters in the room and you can adjust the temperature and a fan for cooling down. I haven't used the bar or restaurant. I have asked if they served meals and been told 'is...
