The 1st night was horrible, we got struck on the 2nd floor and we could not slope the entire night! The people upstairs running around and the TRAIN! When it came through..I thought it was an earthquake! "

"Lovely hotel with a great pool! However we got a handicap accessible room for my dad and immediately reported the shower wand didn’t work. When the maintenance guy finally checked it out he said we’d need to switch rooms. We did and the new room was great but my dad struggled to take a shower for most of our trip because of the shower issue."

"The hotel was very clean and so was our bathroom and room. Our suite was roomy. Our check in time was delayed but the supervisor awarded us 2000 points. I was satisfied with the points for the inconvenience. I will definitely stay there again."

"Convenient to Coastal Credit Union Amphitheater for concerts, close to food and shopping options right off I40. Pool hours didn't allow us to check it out, breakfast was lower end continental but the staff was great!"

"Upon entering I felt welcomed by the front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It was spacious for all of us in the room. I was pleased with my stay and would return if needed to. The commute was easy to the hotel and many shops/places to eat nearby."
