"We love this hotel. The staff provided excellent, excellent service. They showed courtesy and respect. Not to forget all staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you might need. I just cannot express how satisfied i am with the professional service they provided. Front desk staff have the best disposition and the greatest customer service you can get. "One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in a very long time. Staff went above and beyond with very classy touches like wet towels and pomegranate juice served on arrival while you checked in. Hotel is in a great location near Amir Temur square. Rooms are incredibly new and clean and the shower was outstanding. This is the only hotel I would stay at on a return to Tashkent! "
