Such a wonderful place to stay. A 5 minute walk to the beach and a close drive to the boardwalk. You can hear the waves crashing while relaxing in the living room. Check in was smooth and Jim was quick to respond to any questions. Me and my family will be returning!

We enjoyed our stay overall! The condo was clean, comfortable, & had a beautiful view of Monterey Bay. We enjoyed being able to hear the ocean from the room. There was some confusion re pool access, as we initially thought the nearby pool shown in the listing photos was included, but the owner communicated w/ us about the situation, offered a credit, & has since updated the listing details to help prevent future confusion. While we felt the rental was somewhat expensive for the amenities available, we still had a pleasant stay & appreciated the owner’s responsiveness & hospitality.

This is our second time staying at this condo, and our family of four had another wonderful experience. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or a short drive into downtown Santa Cruz. We loved having a view of the ocean while relaxing in front of the fire. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool, while my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub at the North pool. The condo had everything we needed, and both beds were very comfortable. We'd happily stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful

We had such a wonderful stay. The condo was impeccable. It had everything we needed to cook meals, and the resort had incredible amenities. The owner was very responsive. We'd definitely plan staying there again!

Perfect Beach Get away

I can't say enough positive things about our beach get away. The space and location were perfect but on top of that, Jim thought of every detail to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Seascape Resort never fails and this one bedroom was the perfect location for an escape weekend and running the wharf to wharf. Clean, comfortable and really cute set up. Jim, the owner, was quick to respond and great with communication.

This condo is a great location on the property as I loved having the trees as part of the scenery. The view from the patio is phenomenal. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed as far as kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bed is comfortable. The host was really nice and provided all the needed information.

Excellent as soon as you walk in the door! Beautiful decor Clean Stocked with some kitchen and bath nessecities and the view is awesome! The owner is easily accessible Definitely will go here for my next visit!

Great location, amazing host, private

Wonderful location and easy check in. Host was very responsive and helpful. Balcony with amazing views and very private. Wonderful bed with lovely linens. Central location to beaches and coastal redwoods for hiking and surfing. Will definitely stay here again!
