This charming duplex, ideal for a stay with family or friends, offers a bright and perfectly equipped living space to accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two and a bunk bed, perfect for children, as well as a master bedroom equipped with a double bed. The functional kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, and the modern bathroom completes this cocoon of comfort. You will also have air conditioning, heating, a fan, fast Wi-Fi and a television. For the little ones, a baby bed and a high chair are kindly provided.

The large private terrace, with its panoramic view of the Gulf of Lava and the surrounding mountains, will be your haven of peace. Enjoy a barbecue for outdoor meals while admiring the sunsets over the sea. This outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and savoring the beauty of Corsica, whether it's having breakfast facing the horizon or sharing an aperitif in the evening.

Ideally located just 80 meters from the beach, the duplex offers direct access to one of the most beautiful coves in southern Corsica. The Gulf of Lava, with its supervised fine sand beach, is a real refuge far from the summer hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy many water activities such as diving, kayaking, jet-skiing or sailing. Just 20 km north of Ajaccio, you will also be close to the cultural and natural wonders of the region. Free on-site parking is available, allowing you to move around with peace of mind. Sheets and towels are provided in June, July and August, for added convenience. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small additional fee, so that the whole family can enjoy their holiday.
