"Front office staff was super nice and friendly. The hallway doors need better vacuuming. The closet had little kids underwear. The fan in our room sounded like it was about to explode. Breakfast was very sloppy, minimal effort was put in. The coffee was good though."

"Great property- very clean and had everything we needed. Super close to Texas Tech and made transitioning between campus and "home" very easy. Host (Brenda) was very quick to answer any questions and could not have asked for better communication. Would definitely recommend!"

"A quaint home close to Tech. We enjoyed the super-cold A/C on the hot summer nights. The kitchen is functional but could use a few more items as there were only two cups in the cabinet and one spoon in the drawer. Overall, met our needs and we would stay here again."
