"Our group stayed at the Rocco Forte Charles hotel for 4 nights before departing for our cruise, and we absolutely loved the hotel. Gorgeous, well appointed rooms, great staff, beautiful restaurant and wonderful location. Breakfast at the restaurant was a great way to begin each day. We had dinner out on the terrace, very nice. Can’t safe enough good things about the staff; really made our stay such a joy."

"We stayed in two rooms. One room had no air conditioning on the first night, so we were moved. The following night, both rooms had no air conditioning. The hotel provided fans, but with the heat this was uncomfortable, especially for our children. One of the replacement rooms also had a strong sewage odor in the bathroom. Some of their staff made it as though asking for assistance was an inconvenience. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests. On the bright side, its location is...

"It was a good price for our needs. We were looking for a separate bedroom and this was perfect. The theme of the hotel is in turns very cute and fun and cheesy. The woman at the front desk was kind and informative. We weren’t wild about the neighborhood, but overall it was good."

"Amazing hotel very central. Great bed and pillows u will sleep like a baby. Close to everything let’s cal it the 10 minute from everything hotel. Breakfast is typical European fare and breads are fresh. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. 👍"
