Prestigious 5 * luxury villa, holiday resort of personalities such as Marcel Pagnol, it is now much appreciated by many artists from around the world, especially during the Cannes Film Festival.
Ideally located 5 minutes from Antibes, 5 minutes from the beach “Grande Plage” and the bustle of Juan-les-Pins and 15 minutes from the famous Croisette in Cannes, Villa la Provence revisits the Provencal house by combining charm from traditional stone to contemporary art style.

The fully air-conditioned villa consists of 8 en-suite bedrooms, including an independent studio.

Each room has its own balcony, bathroom, toilet and a flat screen television. The bedroom on the ground floor has a hydromassage shower. The master bedroom offers a balneotherapy bath, and a shower.
The room on the top floor offers a bird's eye view of the garden and the pool, with a solarium out of sight. Behind a large mirror door, you will discover a charming wooden and spiral staircase leading to a private office.

The living room is organized in several spaces around the piano or the fireplace for a refined, warm and authentic atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you receive your guests with high-end crockery.

The pool in lush greenery, the 4 outdoor lounges, the fountain, the 2 stone barbecues (outdoor and indoor) offer spaces of charm and relaxation, with low tables and chairs.

The garden of more than 1100m2 is entirely raised and flowered. You can, at your leisure, animate it with music and lights, thanks to the BOSE Wireless Music system, and have fun around the ping-pong table for happy and friendly moments.
The all-wood studio, nestled in a haven of peace, has a bed and a sofa bed, a small kitchen with bar and high chairs. Behind a mirror holder you find the bathroom and toilet. The large bay window opens onto a charming terrace decorated with a pretty fountain, where you can have breakfast among the flowers and the birds.

Nine friends spent 4 nights here and had a fabulous time! The pool, gardens, outdoor area were spectacular. The decor inside was unique, tasteful; the rooms were comfortable. I would recommend it for a group of 8-12 or maybe more! :)

Amazing Villa

The property was beautiful and well kept. The pool was excellent and a decent size. Good communication with the property manager who gave great tips on location. Definitely get in the recommended chef - he cooks an absolutely incredible meal. 13 of us stayed, 6 adults and 7 kids and we all had the best holiday

Wow did our family LOVE this home, property and location! The house is amazing with 7 en suite bedrooms within the house plus a separate studio apartment. The front porch was lovely to get a break from the sun and the gardens and grounds are gorgeous, we felt we were in a private oasis. Loved the ability to grill outdoors and seat all of us for dinner in the dining room. It's an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants and the drive to the old town was 10 minutes away. Host was very responsive when an air conditioner wasn't cooling and we were fixed that day! Can't say enough about the lovely experience we had and would stay there again!

Lovely House Very Tired

Lovely house with pool. Out house smelt stale and wasn’t real an option to sleep in. The BBQ didn’t work, the appliances need updating and there are a lot of ants and mosquitoes. Needs a face lift !

We had a great time during our week there - our only complaint is that there were a lot of mosquitos at the time we were there. Otherwise tres bon! :-)

Mixed Opinion

The grounds/garden are lovely with beautiful vegetation. The hostess is very accommodating and helped solve some minor issues promptly. However, the rental was disappointing in the following ways: the price does not match the condition of the house which is quite dated. The furniture both indoor and outdoor is old (ex. tears in the chairs, no parasol, no cushions). The house had an odd odor which did dissipate after a few days of using the A/C. The kitchen needs renovation. The property is near a highway and flight path to the Nice airport so is noisy at times. The Wi-Fi in the living room is not high speed and doesn't work at all upstairs.

Séjour Antibes

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour , la maison est très agréable, spacieuse,avec un joli cachet .Nous étions 3 couples d’amis avec enfants, et chacun a trouvé ses marques très rapidement, nous avions l’impression d’être chez nous!Merci à Giovanna pour son Acceuil et son professionnalisme pendant tout notre séjour ! Nous espérons y revenir un jour.
