Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The location is very convenient — close to exactly the places we needed. The rooms are clean, and we appreciated the slippers and complimentary toiletries set, which was a nice touch.
However, there are several downsides. The room is quite small and lacks even a basic chair or armchair. The wardrobe is very limited (only 4 hangers) with almost no space for belongings. The minibar was included in the price but only had two bottles of water, which felt odd.
The tea/coffee setup was also disappointing: there was a selection available, but only 2 paper cups for 2 people. This means you are expected to drink hot beverages just 1 time from 1 paper cups, which is uncomfortable, unsafe (due to the heat), and honestly a bit absurd.
The most unpleasant moment was during check-out. We were told in advance that late check-out (1–2 hours) is paid, so we declined. However, on the departure day, we received a call at 11:45 asking if we were leaving, even though check-out is at 12:00. This created unnecessary pressure, as the room is rightfully ours until that time.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but small details significantly affect the overall comfort of the stay.
