Space was great.....just an issue with power going out and very hot in the space, but was rectified.

Property location and neighborhood was very nice. Had a an issue with it not having a hot tub which it had previously stated in the amenities before we rented. Disappointed because host only offered for us to leave with a refund of the unused days and a discount on a future rental. The bedroom had huge clumps of dust in the corners and the table and chair set is probably suitable for children. The kitchen space was well kept and put together nicely.

Was exactly what I needed, clean & comfortable place to stay during a reunion celebration. Nice location. Quite & clean.

Pros: Great, convenient location; safe neighborhood; host is quick to respond; mostly clean (See below;) plenty of hot water, plenty of on-street parking, large area for holding open luggage (There is no dresser, but the holding space makes it easy to do without.)Cons: No place to hang clothes; only enough eating utensils for one person; listing said there was a hot tub, but there did not appear to be one; no instruction list telling where supplies were (i.e. heater, hot tub, etc;) food debris in microwave, wads of hair on a broom in the bathroom (Apartment was otherwise clean.)We were there for a wedding, so the lack of a clothes bar or hook to hang things was an issue, especially since there is no iron. Also worth noting that there are multiple flights of stairs to get in - Not an issue for us, but could be for some. Given that the rest of the reviews were stellar, perhaps the cleanliness was a one-off. In general, it's an adequate place to stay if you are visiting the hospital or just need a safe place to rest your head.

I booked this property to be close to family in the area for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. It was just as listed and beautiful. I had my boys with and the outdoor area for them to play was great. The unit was clean and the host provided so many added touches to make our stay comfortable and easy. We had coffee, snacks and options on the television. I was even able to make a few things to bring for dinner with all the kitchen items available. Keeping this one on the radar for future stays.
