"Came with a group of 4. It was a clean room and great service overall. One of the newer hotels in the area. The turns in the underground parking are pretty narrow. But aside from that it’s great. Overall stay. Staff was amazing. Every single one. "

"チェックインカウンターと実際の宿泊場所は異なりますが、スタッフが丁寧に案内してくれるので迷いません。連絡はすべて WeChat で行う形ですが、対応はとても良かったです。 マンション内の共用エリアは少し薄暗く、最初は不安を感じました。部屋自体もやや古さがありますが、トラブルがあっても WeChat で迅速かつ親切に対応してもらえました。 シーツやタオルは清潔で気持ちよく利用できました。 駅に近く、周辺には飲食店も多く便利な立地です。全体として、安心して滞在できる宿だと思います。"

"ビジネスで、1人1部屋ずつで、2部屋を予約したのにも関わらず、部屋が無くなったから、2ベットルームの部屋に変わってくれと言われて、嫌だと言ったら、もし嫌なここから20分離れた場所に行けばあるといわれた。それも不便なので嫌だったので、しょうがなく2ベットルームにしたけど、バスルームは1つしかないのでプライバシーもなく、本当にひどかったです。部屋も古くて写真と全く違う。1日100元分の返金では到底足りない‼️場所も、一般市民のアパートの中の一部屋なので、下のエントランスに各間貸しホテルのスタッフがカウンターに座っていて、そこでチェックインするのだが、場所も分かりづらい。唯一の救いは駅に近いことだけ。"

"First room we were given was weird shape. Advised front desk immediately we wanted room change. This was completed mid day next morning. This room was exactly what we expected. We were staying for month, so needed good room. Close to everything! Shops, Beijing road, underground. Safe in room, but as this was 'free standing' seemed pointless to use, but as is usual in China camera's everywhere so security not really an issue. Without room change, and weird safe I would give this place a big 5...

"The suite we had was enormous and equipped with everything you would need if you were self catering, although we were only there for 3 nights. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with a wide range of choices, including bacon & eggs so I was happy! Well located with some excellent malls nearby."
